With this backyard our homeowner wanted to entertain.....a lot. We have a stone fireplace. Above the fireplace we have wired for outdoor flatscreen TV. Along the fireplace we have a bar that can seat 12 people. In our bar we have a trash container, outdoor fridge, and storage cabinets. Across from our bar is our cooking area with a 36" built in grill and under mount sink. There is also a paper towel holder and additional storage. Both grill and fireplace are tie in with natural gas line. There are granite countertops throughout. Covering the bar and fireplace was an existing structure that was stripped down to bare bones and wrapped in tongue and groove cedar, which was then stained. The floor is done with a synthetic travertine paver made by Silver Creek. There is a dark espresso clay accent brick paver installed throughout the entire area. There is also an additional seat bench connecting the fireplace to the kitchen/grill area. There are can lights installed in the structure and wiring for an outdoor fan. The outside of the bar area has a custom stone foot rail installed for all of it's patrons. Let the party begin!
