Cityscape was contacted to solve drainage crisis in a rear yard. The home had a rear yard that was pitched towards the rear door of the house. There was nothing to stop the water from running into the home. Cityscape solved the problem by regrading the majority of the yard away from the home and at the same time installing a large paver patio for the homeowners to entertain. A portion of the yard could not be raised so a step was installed with tumbled blocks. NDS channel drains were also installed that capture water and direct it to a NDS flo-well leaching system buried at the other end of the yard near the garage under the Boxwoods.
