A water damaged basement is turned into functional spaces and solutions for a family on a budget! Ducts were rerouted, measures to combat radon put in place, heating and window wells added, flooring replaced and walls created. The result is a much needed teenage bedroom and a reading nook and work-out area. The dividing wall was built out of panel doors so the space can become one large space again in the future if needed.
