My clients bought a 15 acre property with river frontage in the Manhattan area of Montana. It came with a 20 year old pole barn structure. The roof had partially come off and it was in quite a state. We had not expected to rescue it, but once we got inside, it seemed structurally sound so the decision was made to turn it into a bunkhouse for guests plus build a workshop. We added new posts and a concrete foundation to make it all solid and set to work. It had no floors, no services whatsoever and 20 years of critter-living inside!
