I had done this bathroom window treatment before. But the homeowners were ready for a change and a much needed update. I had installed the faux wood blinds in the window before and we wanted to keep them. But sadly the old valance did not work with the new paint color and border. We found the perfect stripe to compliment the border and had a fabric shade made to be used as a valance.
