This was two different projects. The Living Room was done first. The customer wanted an updated look at the windows, but not block the view. I raised the swag valance to add height to the room and the panels on the sides help to frame in the window.
The Guest bedroom started with ready-made comforter and shams. We made a 2-tier custom dust ruffle, then carried the fabric over to the window with stationary panels and one accent pillow for the bed.
