Bathroom Renovation in Longmeadow

The original bathroom (Photo 1, with green walls and traditional black and white tile floor and wainscoting) was tastefully done before the clients moved in with their family.

The single sink and small medicine cabinet didn't work well for a young professional couple, so I proposed a complete redesign - the traditional bathtub was removed and replaced with a glass-walled corner shower (visible in the mirror, second picture), which allowed both the toilet and the door to the bathroom to be moved and provided space for a custom double vanity with a granite top hand selected with the client.

Tile walls and floor were replaced with polished Jerusalem stone panels which added warmth and changed the scale of the space, making it look much larger than its modest size (the bathroom could not be enlarged).

Working closely with suppliers and the contractor, this project was finished just in time for the arrival of the couple's baby daughter!
Project Cost: $25,001 - $50,000
