Client's existing home is small but on a large corner lot with room to grow.

The client asked for a quick study for the addition of a two car garage and connector which will include a full bathroom on the first floor and a laundry (the size of the garage and addition are defined by required lot setbacks).

The schematic calls for the existing back door "ell" and deck to be renovated to expand the kitchen and add a more generous deck off the connector, allowing for an expansion of the garden in the back yard.

This project is currently still in the schematic design and estimating phase for further consideration by the client.
