The outside renovation of her recently purchased house was as important as the internal updating. Our client wanted a tranquil garden that reflected a Japanese influence. New stone walks and patio, carefully placed stepping stones, tons of angular granite boulders, plantings, dry streams, water features and LED lighting all play an important part in this garden’s design. Materials and plants were chosen to sooth the senses and to be in harmony and balance with one another. With a pallet of cool leafiness, grays and soft earth tones a sense of peace pervades the garden.
