Mid-Modern Landscape

Our client wanted to develop a recently purchased mi-century modern style ranch home in Bayview, Wisconsin. A long narrow space, spanning an entire city block, the site desperately needed separation from an encroaching neighbor. He wanted to connect the above-ground pool on the west side of his home to his back doors and also develop the east side of his yard into a courtyard/patio.

Designed in mid-century modern style, the cedar fence is outfitted with rain pattern, safety glass panels. This allows for privacy and winter lighting into the south side of the homes. The existing concrete walkway had 9" trimmed off its south side to allow placement of the fence on the lot line.
