BEACH HOUSE

This new waterfront residence features a two-story volume under a butterfly roof and a single-story guest wing. The wall of windows on the west side of the home provides expansive views of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountains from its location on the beach. The unique site required barging in many of the building materials and the foundation is built upon one-hundred and fifteen pilings. The home is featured in the June 2004 issue of Seattle Homes & Lifestyle.

A flagstone path leads through the garden to the front door.
