Our clients wanted to upgrade to a space that was functional and that provided a peaceful oasis for a relaxing retreat. With the new custom vanity cabinetry at ‘adult-height’, new tall cabinets and the cabinet layout designed to wrap the corner of the room– all for the purpose of enhancing the utility and function of the remodeled Master Bathroom. The added cabinetry gives substantially more storage capacity and added to the cohesive function of the room. Use of porcelain field floor tiles that simulate appearance of a wood strip floor, with a heated flooring system underneath gave us the opportunity to establish warmth and balance the coolness of the color palette of the wall tiles and white vanity cabinetry. Our use of adult-height at vanity cabinetry was used to achieve the comfort and elegance the clients requested from the outset. Curved valance trim above both the mirrors framed between the tall custom vanity cabinets gave appearance of being built-in for each of the two sink basin areas. Installation of a hot water recirculation pump provides readily available hot water for all bathroom fixtures.

We were tasked with designing a high-end spa-like Master Bathroom to replace the out-dated bathroom that lacked vitality, ‘sparkle’ and their own signature taste. We achieved a spectacular design by adding a new color palette, texture and well-tailored bath fixtures, accessories as well as an efficient bath plan. We discarded the bulky corner tub and arranged the new soaking tub with shower as a combination by utilizing a new tile wall pattern/color. Two rows of accent glass tiles and bull-nose trim were introduced to unify the tub-shower combination on one side of the bathroom with new custom vanity cabinetry on the other. Aesthetically, the bathroom was improved with character and vitality by our use of new tile work with accent glass tiles, built-in mirror with a curved valance trim piece. Light sconces mounted directly into the mirror of the wrap-around granite vanity countertop and the new soffit above the vanity cabinetry give a cohesive/built-in appearance to coincide with the existing Plantation-style shutters to embellish the overall design finish. Also, new recessed light fixtures in a new pattern helped to bring your eyes up toward the skylight above. The result brings a fresh, new, energetic Master Bathroom that is befitting of the elegant life-style of our client.

The existing bathroom was a flash into the 90s. It was plain and outdated and did not reflect the aesthetic of the rest of the home. The project started by our removal of all vanity cabinets, counters, sinks, old shower with framed glass enclosure, old whirlpool tub in a tiled corner platform, the Brass colored plumbing fixtures/faucets, tile flooring, bath accessories and old lighting fixtures. We designed an elegant, new Master Bath and installed all new flooring, plumbing and faucet fixtures, soaking tub, adult-height granite counter-tops with under-mounted vanity sinks, custom tiled and enlarged shower with new faucet, rain shower head, custom frame-less glass shower door and panels, all new lighting pattern/fixtures, custom vanity cabinetry with valances, soffit and crown moulding/trim and new paint color palette. The green wall color was carefully selected to aid in integrating the interior with the exterior.
