This 1920's duplex in Manhattan had not been updated since 1984. The new owners approached me and asked if I could put together a team to recreated this gem of a home in the heart of the city. This I did and more. Not only the aesthetics but all mechanical systems were updated. We made this duplex a smart house with all new electrical. Two years in the making the final out come was completely gratifying. Creating 3 full guest rooms with en suite baths along with a gut of master bedroom, dressing room and bath, two full laundry areas & an updated kitchen checked all the boxes. John D. Rockefeller would approve!
