Beekman Place NYC

This 1920's duplex was once the home of John. D. Rockefeller. It's last renovation was in 1984 so it very much needed serious upgrades.
I worked very closely with the new homeowner to take their lifestyle needs into consideration. After two years in the planning stages, work began with complete kitchen,dining and guest quarters on 1st floor while the 2nd floor was a total make over renovation.
