This extensive pop-top located in the Belcaro Neighborhood uses the original footprint of the home and adds sq/ft in almost every direction. This home gets amazing natural light through the wide open first floor. The entertaining space in the central area of the home was the main focus of this project. There are intricate details throughout the project which sees 3 new bedroom all located on the brand new second floor.
