This historic renovation was completed at the very end of 2019. This home was built in 1908 and has been well loved ever since. The homeowner decided to remove the rear single story section of the house that had housed the previous kitchen. We were able to renovate and put a 2 story addition back in its place that included a brand new kitchen as well as a new master suite. The entire house was also brought back to its original glory. Multiple rooms had custom built in cabinets for the customers large book collection. This home had a variety of design choices that did a fantastic job of blending the original home with a modern approach to the additional space.
