Charter converted this loft space into a true “Live Work Space” for a long time client. We built an entire work zone along one wall complete with electrical, plumbing and ventilation. When work is complete, this area can be closed off by lowering the massive door in front of the work station. This aluminum framed door is finished with a drywall face and operates on a large chain and pulley system. The unit was finished with new light fixtures, tile work in the bathroom and new flooring throughout.
