Charter was brought in on this project to replace a failed keystone block wall that was previously installed. This project required installing 11 new pin piles to support the client's house while excavating ~ 40 yards of dirt by hand as no machines could fit in the tight space. A new concrete wall was poured to replace the old block wall. Tie back anchors were installed to help reinforce the wall.
