King Basement Remodel

The basement of this house built in 1907 was completely remodeled and turned into a warm and welcoming place to hang out. Several new spaces were clearly defined with a large tv viewing space being the main attraction, completh with bar seating and adjacent wine cellar. A new bathroom was added and a large laundry room created along with separate mechanical room and storage space.
