The homeowner wanted to build on an addition that identically matched the style of the original home, & Gardner/Fox delivered. The 3 car garage addition was attached to the home through a series of renovated & newly constructed porches. GFA also constructed an entire hall installed with brick flooring. The new family room included a vaulted ceiling, a stone fireplace, which was constructed using stone from the original demolition of the home.
The new porch has retractable screens to adjust seasonally. The pool deck was completely redesigned, using the flagstone to match the original home. Gardner/Fox also installed lanterns around the pool deck & front driveway to imitate the lanterns on the porch of the main house. The entire driveway was demolished and repaved around the opposite side of the home to create an easy pathway from the pool to the house.
