The project includes a brick exterior with a cast stone water table, cast stone balusters, and window surrounds. The two-story porch features cast stone columns, capitals and splayed cast stone front steps. Other features include live-in maid's quarters, a 30-foot by 40-foot glass-walled sports room, a sweeping grand stair-case and custom marble and hardwood floors.
