This fantastic home had an accepted full price offer by the end of the day of the Caravan showing. My favorite colorist, Diane Hall, chose a paint palette that really showed off the home's best features. I love the way the kitchen area turned out. Though the counter and cabinetry were dated, that pop of terra cotta color made the entire space warm and inviting. Utilizing some of my client's existing furniture, accessories and art collection, I augmented the space with new reasonably priced furniture pieces and accessories to create a cohesive flow from room to room. The upside for the client was that they took the majority of the purchased pieces to their new beautiful high rise condo in San Diego. A win-win for all!
