The goal of this project was maintain the same layout while updating the outdated look of this early 90's home. Layers of flooring were removed, and the subfloor was leveled before installing vinyl plank flooring throughout the bath and closet areas. The original fiberglass shower unit was removed and a Wedi shower panel kit was installed for a water-tight seal. New large format tile was then installed, including a 17"x17" shower bench and two floating shelves. The tub deck was updated as well using matching tile and accents as the shower. The original jetted tub was removed and a new, slightly smaller bathtub was installed with updated Roman Tub fixtures. A new vanity and toilet were then installed to finish off the makeover of this bathroom.
