This particular project was an almost complete remodel of the existing home. Outdated trim and doors were removed for more contemporary styles. All walls, doors and trim were painted. In addition, the downstairs half-bath was extended and remodeled with marble flooring and all new fixtures. The brick fireplace was cut back to allow re-framing, tile installation and custom mantle fabrication. On the exterior of the house an new, horizontal fence was installed all along the property to create a private, stylish outdoor living space.
