This project was all about updating an outdated, claustrophobic master bath.

- Old wall paneling and fluorescent lights were replaced with Brooklyn themed wallpaper and vintage, yet modern, fixtures.

-A stylish and sleek TV console was customized and fitted with a double faucet vessel sink and new hardware to create this one of a kind vanity.

- The original toilet and separate bidet were replaced with a Toto bidet toilet for added space and modern comfort.

- The flooring used was large matte black hex tile, and the shower floor and niche used smaller black hex tile to create synchrony between the vanity and shower areas.

- A slightly larger than normal subway tile was used to accomplish a classic look with a modern touch extending from the shower to the walls, and black plumbing fixtures were chosen to round out this blend of classic looks with modern appeal.

- The ceiling was sanded and refinished to bring life back to the original beveled lumber, and the beams were sanded and stained black to match the overall black and white theme of the space.
