My Landscape Design Perspective Illustration was shown at the Open House when this Hobi Award Winning home was on the market, sparking interest for the potential utilization of the steep sloping back yard.

I first proposed to remove the trellis panels at the porch and 'bring the shingles down and the stone up', creating a more finished look in keeping with the rest of the house style.
Working with the new owners and finding that they loved to entertain, i proposed the lower level location for the pool...leaving the full upper level for entertainment space, including an outdoor kitchen.
