Pool Site Evaluations
A Beautiful Pool is a desirable, home-vacation feature. many homes on the market may not have a pool. many buyers want one. realtors contact me to research feasibility through town, then for a plan of an inviting - and realizable - swim environment; some also request a perspective illustration to better convey the plan.
the examples shown [more to come] are presented to the realtor and/or seller.
but first: the property survey is procured, brought to and researched through the town building and health departments of the listing, where i gather data regarding regulations specific to that property. i enjoy solving [the puzzle again!] and creating a pool and its environment in the possible building envelope - aiming if possible, to utilize otherwise unusable land, placing the pool so as to keep winter views natural [sans pool-cover]
Some request a simple Feasible Footprint to-scale [colored] Plan [$500] Some request a Perspective Visualization [b&w or color rendered, $500-1500] This proportionately small investment helps to increase buyers interest in listings.
