A renovation and addition to an existing residence located in a suburban neighborhood. A new screen porch, living area and master bedroom were added to the rear with each space opening directly to a common outdoor plaza and exterior fireplace/grill. An expanded front porch with monumental steps and a circular drive were added to the front. The addition is sheathed in vertical wood siding and the entire house was painted a contemporary crisp white.
