Design and Management for the revitalization of a former Hudson/Belk department store building located on Fayetteville St. in downtown Raleigh. The mixed-use complex includes 64 residential units surrounding a rooftop court, street-level retail and restaurants and below-grade parking. Wall-sized windows, open floor plans, resilient and eco-friendly materials and strong blocks of color create an urbane, loft-like feel.
