This is a recent job I finished in Andover MA. We applied two coats of Vermeister Flame water-based two-component sealer, and two coats of Bona Traffic. The floors have the look of traditional oil based polyurethane, but there is no need to worry about the finish yellowing over time. Call me for a free estimate 978-973-7262
