Bonin Architects-Coastal Cottage

This Rye NH home, takes advantage of its unique ocean view and coastal breezes resulting in a comfortable seasonal home.The primary challenge of this project was to take advantage of the unique Atlantic view from the second floor, maximize southern light and ocean breezes while designing the home within the limited area of the very small site. The client envisioned an open first floor plan, consisting of living, dining and exterior decks to entertain family and friends.

Many of our clients ask us to design bunk rooms in their vacation homes. This room is large enough for a trundle bed and two twin beds for family members when they come to visit.
