Working with a historic "pump house" in conjunction with the new custom main home design was a unique opportunity for our architectural firm on this beautiful lakefront property. The pump house once fed multiple residences on the peninsula; now it provides lakeside storage underneath and quaint gathering space above for visiting friends and family.

The client's new home design is bright, with light neutral colors, and substantial windows capturing the incredible view. Three stories of living allow the family to spread out, entertain guests, and enjoy the lake from multiple vantage points.

The landscape ties the home and site seamlessly around all sides, with the permeable drive capturing stormwater and reducing site runoff. Multiple outdoor living spaces take advantage of the lake and mountain views.
