Owner wanted to remodel a recently purchased condo before moving in. Owner had good idea of what they wanted for a new layout and ask me to make all of the detail drawings to order materials, appliances, and verify use of space clearances, and to prepare the HPPD permit application drawings, Customer supplied contractor TK Home Services contributed a number of ideas to help make this makeover a real success.
