The existing layout of the first floor placed the main bathroom in the middle of the kitchen. The space lacked natural light and flow. By relocating and creating the bathroom to create a master suite and powder room we were able to create an open floor plan at the main living space. Along with interior upgrades the exteiror of the house also needed a major curb appeal upgrade, which it recieved.
