The new residential construction are three modest and modern single family homes that are situated in the thriving town of Shrewsbury, MA. The design team took on the challenge of working with the developer to create three design types which would be used on the plot of land. The developer was approved for sixteen lots which would use one of three designs on each lot.

The residences contain an open floor plan on the first floor for flexible social and food related activities and private spaces on the second floor including bedrooms, bathrooms and a possible study.
