This bungalow is located in the beach town area of Boundary Bay in South Delta. It was in need of a refresh in the common areas such as the kitchen, living and family rooms. The kitchen was gutted and redone, having contrasting elements for the finishing touches. The concept of a Scandinavian home carried on throughout the open concept and started to fill up with the light and textured palettes of the furniture. The family home also needed another layer of durability in order to deal with the in and outs of family living. Curated fabrics and furniture were chosen to work with the needs of all the people using it. Overcrowding is one thing you won’t feel in this space. The minimalistic styling of the areas we think will stand the test of time and remain elegant.
