This small, boutique penthouse is right in the popular Kitsilano within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping on 4th Ave. A Scandinavian vibe was a natural fit for the setting and clients. Clean, modern, lots of plants and wood, different tones of warm greys, warm metals and white with hints of light sofa colours to warm it up.

Less was definitely more here, with the warm, natural elements welcoming guests of the soon-to-retire clients who love to entertain. To maximize the value of their smaller space, the office is a flex room to store bikes with a sofa bed to make it a guest room.
