Brainard Farmhouse

This charming black and white kitchen has industrial pendants for a great texture and color contrast against the bead board ceiling. You can see the butler's pantry beyond the kitchen with custom built wine storage.

This kitchen/dinette is open to the great room. The kitchen has a peninsula between the dinette and the main working area so it can be functional while remaining open. The large central island has a built-in breakfast bar with seating that is out of the way for the main working area in the kitchen.

This family room has a central brick fireplace for the true farmhouse feel. The transoms up high leave plenty of space for the entertainment center and built-in bookcases.
