Douglas Americana Revival

This home is a charming addition to the ambiance of downtown Naperville. With 4 bedrooms and a first floor office that can be converted to a guest suite, this home has room to grow. A few of the unique features are a beautiful butler's pantry with a barrel ceiling, barn door access to the dining room, beautiful outdoor living space with a fireplace and a full bath on the first floor that hides the shower to appear as a powder room. The detached garage holds additional attic storage while still maintaining scale to the height of the neighborhood.

The dinette is connected to the expansive mud room beyond. The barn door can be closed to contain the mud room, or remain open to bring in more natural light to the dinette and kitchen. The neutral gray is nicely offset with warm tones in the furniture and the darker stain on the hardwood floor.
