Brooklyn Urban Triplex (Brooklyn, NY)

Brooklyn townhouse renovation reconfiguring 2 apartments and creating a dramatic owner's triplex. We are very proud of the gorgeous modern details of this project with many custom fabrications including the cnc milled cabinet doors, custom 2-piece dining table, and a refined compact cantilevered spiral stair.

The smooth plaster underside of the spiral stair unfurls from the ceiling in the rounded corner of the living room. The floor, stair treads, and satellite table are reclaimed white oak.
