This Condo in a prime Buckhead destination, felt more like an apartment. The client wanted it to feel renovated without the costs of a full renovation. This remodel focused on the tub to shower stall conversion, face-lifting cabinets and modifications to cabinets for appliance installation, upgraded lighting, and adding trim mouldings to kitchen. We also added trim to a bedroom window, dividing up the large window and adding plantation blinds for a much improved visual. Some existing tile floor stayed that we'd like to have replaced with a larger budget, but we cleaned and resealed it for a substantial improvement there as well.
