Using the client's desire to match their home's unique combination of Asian/Modern/Antiques, we created an open Asian/Modern style with a bit of outdoor vibe. Using utilizing unique materials such as exterior decking, teak, stainless steel, we designed an open shower/wetroom space with an open toilet space and a Sauna. We positioned an asian style soaker tub at the end of the shower which drains into the shower - so the bather can really immerse themselves. Before they get in though, they can relax in the infrared double-seater sauna which has multiple mood enhancing lighting. We created the space for the Sauna by utilizing an under-used adjacent space. We created this Asian-Contemporary blend with custom everything, including a sink-vanity cabinet, a dressing-vanity cabinet and the medicine cabinet. Also custom was the integrated quartz & teak tub deck and sauna bench which serves as a bath-experience staging and/or relaxing space. We finished off the master suite with a sitting room just outside of the bath, containing tv/sound, a bar area with a fridge, cabinets, and lighting.
