We had done work for this customer before, and since she was so happy, we got asked to take on this bigger project.
The house was a new build, with an unfinished basement. Only the perimeter walls were framed, insulated, and vapor barrier installed.
The project had blueprints, and required two bedrooms, a bathroom, furnace/utility room, and a large storage room. The plans also required a very large rec room, several closets, and a bar area. There was a few changes the customer wanted, and some adjustments needed as the work continued.
We mapped everything out, framed in the floating walls, added Electrical & Plumbing (sub-contracted to licensed pros), and dry walled the entire basement. After mudding & sanding was completed, the customer brought in a painter, which we worked around. The bathroom got completed, and ceiling grid installed. After painting was done, the ceiling was finished and flooring installed. Lots of finishing touched were then done, including doors, trim, hardware, lighting fixtures, baseboards, and shelving units put into closets and storage room.
Once again, our customer was completely satisfied with our work, and the high end finish we achieved for her.
