This was a complete teardown, then rebuild. The original deck was closed off to the rest of the yard, and the design we came up with opened everything up. Plus creating a two tier deck, provided both an eating area, and a conversation area, with access from any angle.
Originally the deck was redone in 2014, and the customer called us back in 2020 to update it with composite decking, giving them a maintenance free surface.
