Bulaful Home

Bulaful Home was designed by Charlotte, North Carolina boutique interior design firm, Delphinium Design and photographed by Tiffany Ringwald. This project included a remodel of the designer's own kitchen, eat-in dining space, family room, guest bathroom and daughter's nursery.

The kitchen is designed as a mix of modern and traditional, it features clean lines, sleek plumbing, and classic three-piece crown molding that ties back to the home’s original architecture. Quartzite countertops, add natural beauty, while custom organization keeps everything functional. Appliances include a paneled Sub-Zero refrigerator and Monogram induction cooktop, perfect for everyday cooking. The casual dining area offers family-friendly comfort without clutter. A custom expandable table by Charlotte maker Kauffman & Co. seats up to twelve, ideal for entertaining. Striped Kravet Roman shades, woven rattan lighting, and a reeded buffet with ample storage create a layered, cohesive feel.

The family room includes white oak hardwoods and a stunning stone fireplace that extends to the 16’ vaulted ceiling. A floating mantel made from 200-year-old barn wood adds warmth and history, while refinished built-ins, custom wainscoting, and layered textures complete the look. Favorite details include the pleated drapery, antique chest, berry-striped ottoman, and natural stone fireplace.

The nursery is designed with soft blush tones, scalloped drapery, and sentimental pieces.

A small but stunning transformation, the guest bathroom features marble herringbone floors, a walk-in shower, new vanity, and custom details that make it both functional and timeless.
