Multi-room project in Ballantyne Country Club that we completed in two phases. Phase one was completed in 2022 and consisted of the primary bath and basement kitchen, and phase two, completed in 2023, is the kitchen and living room. Our clients specifically requested to do their project in two phases so that they always had a functioning kitchen while living through the renovations, genius!

In the kitchen we didn’t change the floor plan much as it worked for our clients, but we changed everything within the floor plan. Highlights include:
New, frameless custom cabinetry with lots of storage, gorgeous quartzite countertops with a mitered edge on the Island, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, custom window treatments

In the living room, our main scope of work was the built-ins and fireplace and then we styled the space. Highlights include:
Sourcing a white natural stone with low variation and ran it to the ceiling, custom floating mantel, built-ins with inset doors and drawers, and fun hardware to give the space some personality!
