This was a new home build for a husband and wife located on top of Camelback Mountain. We were brought in to work hand-in-hand with the architect and the client to be able to construct the home of their dreams.

Much like many of the projects we construct, this home was built with a great emphasis on taking advantage of the location of the property. For this home, this meant floor-to-ceilings windows overlooking the valley below, cast-in-place concrete walls, polished colored-red concrete floors, western red wood ceilings, a koi pond in the front yard crossable by a clear acrylic bridge, and a fully air-conditioned garage with an entertainment system which opens up to the courtyard for entertaining.
