This was a ground-up new construction project in which we worked with the client, architect, and interior designer all the way through the design and construction phases.

The property was built to be the second home for these clients. The location was selected particularly because of the sprawling desert views and its proximity to a local golf course the homeowners frequent. Additionally, the property was constructed with an emphasis on an ability for the clients to really be able to enjoy the unique outdoor living opportunities in the desert.
