This project was built for a couple whose children were grown and wanted to build their second home. The project location amongst the boulders in the Troon area of Scottsdale was selected for its privacy and native environment.

We were brought to work alongside the architect and client through the design and construction phases. In doing so, we were able to work hand-in-hand with all parties to ensure the viability of the project as well as keeping it on budget.
