This was a new, ground-up construction which won an AIA 'Home of the Year' award and was designed by the renowned architect Gordon Rogers. He took a lot that no one wanted due to the lot being separated by a large ravine and designed the property so it could be connected by a 70 foot bridge.

We were brought in to fully construct and build the home as well as build the bridge. Alongside the bridge, a few of the other noteworthy features project include floor-to-ceiling glass windows, western red cedar ceilings, and negative-edge pool.
